Pillar Contractor
Construction organisation and quality control company Pillar Contractor is planning and running construction processes, as well as ensuring control of the works to comply with the quality requirements and targets. We achieve it by engaging in the real estate development process before the actual construction starts by offering professional architecture and construction design supervision services. We are proudly presenting both the completed projects and those still in construction, be it a large-scale project or a smaller construction. Our team consists of 80 employees, and 13 of them are certified specialists in various design and construction areas.

On top of that, we provide full cycle construction process implementation, starting from the idea sketch up to putting the object in commission (design & build).

We offer construction supervision and consultations on construction and design processes. Pillar is ready to undertake representing the client in all the stages of design and construction, including determining target budgeting of the construction, drafting cost estimates and developing optimization solutions in accordance with the client’s wishes and needs. Our experts can also carry out technical condition assessment of buildings and utility lines.
Construction machinery rent
Pillar Contractor owns a machinery fleet that enables us to carry out own infrastructure works and offer its clients the powerful machinery for rent already with its certified operators.

Our team is experienced in carrying out voluminous and complex water supply and sewage system construction projects at New Hanza territory, so now the knowledge and expertise we have accumulated enables us to offer our services for implementation of other such projects elsewhere.
