Stage 2 of reconstruction of Rixwell Hotel Konventa Sēta we carried out full renovation of two buildings of total space of 1200 m2 with 34 hotel rooms.
In the course of renovation works, there were utility systems replaced, air conditioning system installed, building façades and interior improved. After the second stage of reconstruction Rixwell Hotel Konventa Sēta offers its guests 68 rooms of 4-star elegance and quality. The full reconstruction and opening of the remaining 92 rooms of the hotel is estimated to be completed within two or three years.
